In most houses, there are certain items of value , things we cherish so much. It could even be our phones, sofa, tv set. They could be important because of how valuable or expensive they are. We do our best to take utmost care of this item. This is synonymous with what happens in eternity Our existence and actions on earth determines how valuable we will be for the Master use. The things we cherish so much now are limited to time. We should realize that eternity is forever. We should set our priorities right. The Bible says in 2Timothy 2:20 that there are vessels of gold, silver, wood and of earth. some  vessels to honor and some to disho

  TOPIC: CONTROL OF THE TONGUE TEXT: PSALM 39:1[I said I will take heed to my ways that i sin not with my tongue. I will keep my mouth with a bridle while the wicked is before me] The tongue is one of the smallest organ in the body, yet so powerful. The bible says one tongue is like a 2edged sword. A sword usually has one sharp side. so imagine the havocs that can occur when the 2 sides are sharp. We must be careful how we utilize the tongue, words said cannot be taken back. Hurtful words can destroy the soul. A lot of people have been affected daily as a result of word spoken to them. Words can shape or mold us. Speaking words of encouragement can build up a person's spirit, stamina, attitude and outlook on life. Words are like seeds, "lets plant good seeds in the lives of people" STAY BLESSED.

  TOPIC: PROSPERITY COMES FROM GOD TEXT: 3JOHN 1:2 "Behold, I wish above all things that you mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth". In our generation, people assume that when you are prospering, it means you are financially stable. when we observe friends or relations living a flashy or expensive life . We tend to feel discouraged or inadequate. We do not realize that some are living in agony or pain. The word prosper in the scriptures means to excel, succeed and do well in the totality of your being, "spirit, soul and body". As Christians our aim is to prosper in the totality of our being. Our lives should be examined to know if we are prospering in our spirit, soul and body. If you are prospering physically, your spirit should also be prospering, but if you discover that as your wealth increases your spiritual life disseminates, then you need to examine your life. we shouldn't be carried away by the influence and affluence of the world.

TOPIC  : HEALING FOR THE DEPRESSED TEXT: DEUTERONOMY 31:8 "The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged". Depression can be expressed in various ways depending on the trigger. Depression could be a feeling of hopelessness, frustration, anxiety, loss of interest, tiredness/loss of energy. In our generation there are so many factors that can lead to depression like drug abuse, traumatic events, low self esteem etc. It is important to realize that Jesus Christ is the cure for depression. He knows that situation/circumstances would arise that would make us afraid or discouraged, that is why He says " I will go before you and will be with you, I will never forsake you." The love that Jesus Christ has for us can not be quantified. The knowledge and power of this love should make us hopeful without despair or discouragement. when we come to the understanding that Jesus Christ should

 TOPIC; Be decisive TEXT; 1 Corinthians 10:21 [Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils. Ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table and the devils table.] you cannot serve 2 masters. In our generation we see sin as a normal way of life. sexual relationship with unmarried people is  encouraged, the increase in sexual molestation, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, violence and murder is on the rise. People commit fraud and they are accepted and recognized as great men in the society. These action are motivated by the enemy, who seeks to take our attention from our creator. We should desire to live for Christ. The Bible says that we are the light of the earth. our lives should be for God's glory, so others can emulate us.  It seems almost impossible to live as a discip
